All items are custom made to order. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on completed orders.
Art or design errors: Please review your proof carefully before approving. We are not responsible for errors in spelling, layout, sizing, or design that were approved by the customer prior to production.
Damaged in shipping: If your order arrives damaged, photograph the item and packaging and contact us at hello@ink-and-ember.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no charge. Please retain the original box — it will be needed for the carrier claim.
Our error: If your completed order differs from your approved proof due to a production mistake on our end, we will remake and reship at no charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
