Oversized Custom Laser Engraved Leather or Acrylic Patches - Wholesale Packages KC

These patches are custom engraved using our industrial grade 80W CO2 laser to provide you with cleanly engraved and extremely detailed patches. These patches are great for hats, backpacks and anything you can imagine.

These are our oversized patch listings — designed for patches that exceed our standard standard 6" square inch limit. These are great for hats like 7 panel, flatbills and clients who really like to make a statement. If your design fits within our standard specifications, please order from our standard laser engraved patch listing instead.

As part of this purchase we will take your design (RGB Black is engrave, with outline for cut) and process the order for up to 20 patches all one color leather that you choose. Upon purchase you will need to send the high res image you would like to have engraved along with the size specifications you prefer. Your image should be high resolution, preferably in a vector file format (SVG, AI, etc) which allows us to easily convert it to a cut file. If your file is not considered high res or needs significant work there may be an additional charge of $15 to adjust your artwork.
